PRDUCTION FACILITIES

Production Development Section

Patterns are developed at our PDS Section in accordance to our buyer’s design and specifications.

Patterns are adjusted and graded using GERBER / Accumark CAD System.

Sewing Lines

 Both plant sewing facilities are equipped with 1,589 sewing machines on 20 sewing lines that have a sewing capacity of 350,000 to 460,000 pieces of jeans per month.

Cutting Facility

Our cutting facilities, having 11 cutting

machines and 6 cutting tables can make

an output of about  20,000 to 25,000

pieces per day.

Sand Blast Booths, Grinding & Sanding Section

We have 3 sandblasting booths that can do about 3,000 to 5,000 pieces of pants per day and 44 hand sanding machines that can do an output of about 15,000 pants per day. Also we have 30 units of grinding machines that can do about 21,000 pcs. of pants per day. Others: Whiskers, Knicking, Tagging                                         

Quality Control & Finishing Section

This section is one of the most important stage in production. Here, products are trimmed, revised, repaired and 100% inspected for good quality product for shipment. The packing section is where the accessories are being attached, passed through needle detector and transferred to our restricted packing area for full packaging.
